Site Rules

We hope you have a pleasant stay with us and to help you enjoy your holiday, we kindly request you to abide by the following site rules:

1. Speed limit on site is 5 mph as there are often children and/or animals around
2. Please note, caravan and awning must be kept on the hardstanding. Grass pitches must be at least 6 metres away from anyone else. If this is not adhered to, you will be asked to move due to fire regulations
3. Bookings – Arrival and departure time is noon. If you wish to extend departure, please check. A £5.00 fee is payable. Latest departure is 6pm
4. Day visitors by prior arrangement (max 2) between 11am-8pm – charges apply
5. Noise must be kept at a level which will not disturb other site users, especially between 10pm-8am 
6. Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a lead at all times. Please be courteous and always clean up after your dogs
7. Barbecues are permitted, provided they are raised off the ground. No open fires or wood can be burnt on site due to fire regulations 
8. No generators, no washing lines, no chest freezers, no air-blown heaters and no gas heaters in awnings due to fire regulations 
9. No possessions should be left outside the caravan when site is departed. Please note that your caravan and possessions are left on the site at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage or theft 
10. Refuse disposal – No rubbish to be left outside caravans. Please use skips provided. Caravan household waste only i.e. no boxes/packaging 
11. Entry to the site is by an electronically-operated barrier. Please keep pedestrian gate closed at all times 
12. We make every effort to keep the site facilities clean and tidy. We ask for your assistance in keeping the site clean and leave all facilities clean after use e.g. chemical disposal point, toilets, showers and sinks

The site management reserves the right to exclude customers for breach of the site rules without any refund of site fees.
